Sports Betting Comes To Evansville

It recently became legal to bet on sporting events in Indiana. Tropicana Evansville is cashing in on that vote, and opening a special section just for sports betting. The William Hill Sports Book will be ready for bets today at 11:00 A.M. 

The Indiana Gaming Commission has a list of every type of sporting event that is now legal to place wagers on. Some of those include: Nascar Races, Major League Baseball, NBA, Boxing, the Olympics, Bowling, Golf and Sailing. Who knew that sailing was a sport?
