2 Men Arrested for Murder of Warrick County Woman

According to a press release from the Warrick County Sheriff's Office, two men have been charged in the murder of Valarie Ruark.

Valarie Ruark's body was discovered Friday, April 26, 2019, near the intersection of Seven Hills Road and Wasson Road. Her body had been badly burned.

The Warrick County Sheriff's Office, along with numerous law enforcement agencies including, but not limited to the Indiana State Police, Evansville Police, FBI, Boonville Police and the ATF have arrested and preliminarily charged two men with her murder. The investigation is ongoing, and more charges could be added.

43 year old Brian Baumgartner of Evansville
