Mayor Winnecke Explains ‘Smart City 2.0′ and Recaps His State of the City Speech [Audio]

Last week Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke gave his annual State of the City address. On this week's edition of Wednesdays With Winnecke, he gives a brief recap of that speech. He also had a discussion with Allen Mounts about the "Smart City 2.0" project.

Allen Mounts, director of the Evansville Water & Sewer Utility breaks down "Smart City 2.0" and the impacts it will have on our city. This initiative creates improvements to the city’s energy, water, network infrastructure, and operational improvements for the Evansville Water & Sewer Utilities. It will also create nearly 200 new jobs. This really is an important project that will effect our city for the next couple of decades. Take a listen to that discussion below.
