I noticed that 'Eastland Mall Closing' was trending this week, and I kind of freaked out. After doing some research, I discovered that there is more than one Eastland Mall.

As they say, when one store closes, another one opens.

A public education campaign to raise awareness about the threat to local ash trees posed by the emerald ash borer will continue during a special Traveling City Hall at Eastland Mall on Saturday, June 25.

Eastland Mall will host special Traveling City Hall meetings on Saturday, May 18th, and Saturday, September 28th. Both meetings will be from 10:30am to noon near Dillards in the Center Court area between Fred Meyer Jewelers and Helzberg Diamonds.
