Letting your dog outside when it's rainy can be a hassle because you have to dry them off when they come back inside to avoid them getting everything muddy and wet in your house.

The Evansville area will be experiencing quite a bit of rain today and tomorrow. This weather system moving through the Tri-State could drop anywhere between two and four inches of rain on the area. That's quite a bit of water...which will lead to muddy yards...which will also lead to muddy dogs.

If you own a dog you know that letting them outside when it's raining or has been raining can be quite the chore. Whenever you let them back in, you have to stop them at the door and dry them off as best as you can, and hope that they cooperate. Otherwise they will cover your floors and furniture with mud and get everything in between wet. Not a mess that you want to clean up. Especially when it's right before bedtime or in the middle of the night and you're half asleep.
