
Mattingly-RBI Coming to Evansville
Founded by Don and Lori Mattingly, Mattingly Charities has partnered with the MLB's Revive Baseball in Inner cities (RBI), establishing a program in Evansville as part of the effort to serve underprivileged youth.
Baseball and Bat on Home Plate
Mattingly RBI is designed to create an increase in participation and interest in baseball and softball with underprivileged youth in Evansville, while encouraging academic participation and achievement and teaching the value of teamwork. 2016 is the inaugural season of Mattingly RBI benefiting about 250 children who range in age from 5-14 who are part of the Boy's & Girls Club, the YMCA and the Joshua Academy.
