It's a sad day for Kentucky and our military after two air assault helicopters crashed during training in Trigg County Kentucky.

Residents in the Southern Indiana area were reporting a loud explosion that could have been an earthquake or crash of some sort.

Morton Warehouses at 119 N. Morton is where this multiple-alarm fire began.

Active shooting situation at Tops in Buffalo, according to Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz.

The fugitives were apprehended in Evansville, Indiana, where Vicky Sue White later died.

9/26/16 @ 1:19 PM UPDATE: The media cannot go into the area that the EPD is searching but there have been updates. 9/26/16 @12 PM: Several news outlets including our media partners at 44 News are reporting the Evansville Police Department began searching the Blackfoot Landfill in Winslow, Indiana this morning in connection with the case involving 19-year-old special needs teenager, Aleah Beckerle.

UPDATE: WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 21ST AT 11:06 P.M. Evansville Police have announced the conclusion of the search on Twitter.

A hot air balloon caught fire early Saturday near the city of Lockhart, TX. At least 16 people are feared dead after the incident, according to officials.
