Science is even more fun in your pajamas.

Yes, it is and the Field Museum in Chicago wants to give everyone a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend the night with some very large friends. Families and groups can spend the night at the museum and explore everything in a whole new way. You will be able to stay up late and learn from scientists about dinos, Egyptian mummification, and several activities throughout the night.

Dozin’ with the Dinos is a unique opportunity for children to spend the night at the Field Museum. Enjoy a self-guided tour of your favorite exhibitions in the dark (make sure to bring your flashlight!) and hear the stories behind the science of our specimens. Then crawl into your sleeping bag in one of our wondrous exhibitions.

There are several different packages to choose from and the dates are in both 2022 and the early part of 2023. This might make a really fun Christmas present to that museum fanatic in your life. It's like The Night at the Museum come to life (and not just a movie).

Let's be honest you would use your kids as an excuse to do this. I know I would. To be able to take guided tours and learn even more about dinos and Egyptian I think is a pretty eventful evening.
