It's time to take a stroll down to Franklin Street for their first ever 'Frolic on Franklin' to help raise money for the Franklin Street Events Association to continue providing free events to the community. It takes a lot of money to host all of the wonderful, family-friendly events that take place along Franklin Street in a year. Since 2012 thousands of people have visited these events and FSEA averages about 40 events per year with most of them being free to the public like I mentioned earlier and helping to rocket Franklin Street into "one of the state’s most vibrant urban centers."

The Frolic on Franklin will celebrate everything that makes Franklin Street such a unique and beautiful destination in our city - including all of the wonderful small businesses and tireless volunteers. The evening will include dining & dancing, all on the lawn of the West Library. This Saturday, April 27th, the lawn of the West Branch library will be transformed into an elegant, formal affair with dining, dessert and dancing from some of the best restaurants and small business that Evansville has to offer plus live music and a cash bar. Cost is $125 per couple and all proceeds go to help FSEA continue to provide wonderful events for our community!
