Evansville Animal Control recently took in a pup who needs a little extra help.

On Monday Evansville Animal Control took in a 13 week old puppy who has a broken hind leg. She will need surgery to fix her broken leg, and have a pin put in it, but surgery will cost just shy of $1,000.  This is where the Spirit Medical Fund steps in. Spirit Medical Fund is a fund to help strays who come into Animal Control with injuries or sick get the vet care they need. However with this pups surgery being necessary and so expensive, it will put a strain on the medical fund.  If you can help at all please make a donation to the Spirit Medical Fund to help this sweet girl out.

You can make your donation in person at Evansville Animal control or if Highland Veterinary Clinic is close by, you can stop in there and let them know you're donating for Heidi's care.  You can also mail your donation to:
