Do You Share Your Bed with Your Pet? [Poll]

Many people wouldn’t dream of having their pets sleep in bed with them, while other’s wouldn’t dream of sleeping without their pets.  I don’t sleep with my dogs and cats, although I’ve been guilty of letting them climb in bed with me on special occasions.  Sometimes it’s fun, but I wouldn’t do it on a regular basis.  So what do animal professionals say about this topic?  What do veterinarians, veterinary technicians and office managers do with their pets?

An article by Kristen Seymour at Vetstreet.com reports the results in a Vetstreet poll showing that three-quarters of veterinarian professionals share their beds with their pets!  Eighty-three percent of the Vetstreet readers share their beds with their animals.  Veterinary professionals were also fifty-two percent more likely to allow both dogs and cats in their beds than the Vetstreet readers polled.
