Are You Missing a Peacock? Exotic Bird Roaming Evansville Neighborhood

My neighborhood is full of raccoons, lizards, turtles and now we have a peacock!

It's not unusual to see snakes or turtles wandering the Melody Hills area, on the Northside of Evansville...But a PEACOCK?! My neighbor, Emily, was able to snap this photo of the peacock on the loose.

In the wild, peacocks eat fruit, berries, grains, small mammals, reptiles, small snakes and insects. Maybe it could stick around, and eat all of the snakes.

We need to locate his/her owner. I mean, I guess it's legal to own a peacock, I've never seen one outside of the zoo.
