In segment 1 this week, Mayor Winnecke was joined by Ben Miller, our City/County Building Inspector, to discuss recent changes and improvements to local ordinances, and ways to make things easier for builders and developers.

Phillip Hooper, the Executive Director of the Department of Metropolitan Development, joined us in segment 2. Mr. Hooper talked about his vision for the neighborhood association, and ways to improve our neighborhoods.
