I love to visit farmers markets.  They bring back fond memories of my younger days when my Grandmother would drive my entire family around to visit the roadside stands.  Then we would feast on fresh corn, beans, peaches and the like.  That's why I'm excited that farmers markets all around Evansville and the Tri-State are opening up for business, and that includes the Warrick County Farmers Market, which will open Saturday, June 7 at 7:30 a.m.  The Boonville Public Library parking lot is where you'll find all the locally grown goodies and crafts.  In addition to the food and crafts, the Purdue Master Gardeners will be selling plants Saturday, June 7.

Please keep in mind, though, that there are many vendors that will be setting up, trying to be ready for their customers.  That means that nothing will be sold until 7:30 a.m.
