In the ongoing battle to curb young people from picking up the habit of smoking, Walmart is stepping up to help. 

Beginning July 1st, the retailer will raise the minimum age to buy all tobacco products, including e-cigs, to 21.

They will also discontinue the sale of fruit/dessert flavored electronic nicotine delivery systems.

The new policy will be implemented at all Walmart and Sam's Club locations.
