Raise Money for the Goodwill at Annual Turkey Day 5K

For nearly 30 years, folks have been getting up early on Thanksgiving day to help raise much needed money for the Goodwill at the Turkey Day 5K!

Despite what you might think (I know I did), the Goodwill is not just a thrift store and place to take your old stuff. In fact, their mission is to "help people who are disabled or disadvantaged become more self-sufficient and successful in our community." They do this by providing services like job training and placement. The Turkey Day 5K is another great fundraiser for these life-changing programs!

The run/walk is Thursday, November 22nd and starts at 8am in downtown Evansville.
