Mayor Recaps His State Of The City Speak on Wednesdays With Winnecke

Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke delivers his annual State Of  The City speech today...on our city's 200th birthday no less. And this week's edition of Wednesdays With Winnecke will primarily focus on that speech and themes that are covered.

The Mayor will also give us an update on some of the new department heads in his administration.
