Evansville Driver Caught Doing WHAT?!

Evansville Watch reported earlier today that a gentleman in a blue convertible was doing something that you definitely shouldn't while driving...especially with the top down in the rain.

Now, there's a time and a place for that. This was neither. I couldn't imagine my reaction seeing something like that while driving.

The moral of this story is simple: Save that stuff for the privacy of your own home. However, if you need a good laugh today, read the comments of the post.
