It's the final weekend before Halloween 2019 and several Tri-State organizations are hosting events this weekend to celebrate the spooky holiday, including Historic Newburgh and the Downtown Newburgh Business Coalition, who invite you to join them at their Harvest Festival Saturday afternoon.

The event is part Halloween celebration and part celebration of all things Fall. Taking place in the parking lot at the corner of Jennings and State Streets on the Newburgh riverfront from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., it's free to attend and will feature games, prizes, inflatables, live music, along with the opportunity for kids to load up on candy with trick-or-treating. There will also be a costume contest so dress your kids up and get an extra day out of that outfit.
