Can You Hear This Silent GIF?

While watching this silent GIF, on Twitter, I definitely heard sounds. Although they were faint, I heard them. My understanding is that some people CAN and others CANNOT hear anything. Can you hear something? I sure did, and felt something. WEIRD!!
