The Evansville Police Department has made an arrest after a threat of violence was made online last night regarding an Evansville high school. According to a post from the Evansville Police Department [see below], there was a tip made about a comment left under the name "Kaleb Jenson" on a post on Facebook. That comment, according to police, read:
"since Florida lost some people, it’s time for somebody else to (sic) I’m shooting up one of the Evansville High Schools tomorrow"
It was determined that the IP address associated with that comment belonged to a home in Vanderburgh county where an 18 year old Central High School student named Brandon Lee Jones. He has been arrested and charged with Felony Intimidation and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.
