If you are confronted with running water on a roadway, don't chance it - turn around! Even if the car in front of you made it, it's better to be safe than sorry! The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning and it looks like more rain is on the way.
Vectren is reporting more than 600 without power. Download Radiopup to your smartphone to stay up-to-date with the latest info.
