Tin Man Brewing Offers a Unique Taste of Southern Cuisine

Tin Man Brewing on West Franklin has become one of my favorite places for lunch. The menu is one of the most unique in Evansville.

I know, the first thing that you think of with Tin Man is the beer. You might consider trying a beer sampler to help you pick your favorite. My favorite is the Rivet Irish Red Ale.

I recommend trying the poutine, an appetizer made of

french fries covered in cheese curds and gravy.

For me, the best thing on the menu is the pork belly and fried green tomato sandwich. As if it doesn't sound decadent enough, it's served on a corn bread waffle. Great flavor!

When you are in the mood for something different, you might want to give them a try. And, you might find me their with that pork belly sandwich.
