Oaktree files IPO.
Oaktree Capital, the owner of such radio companies as Townsquare Media, Dial Global and Triton Media, has filed a $100 million IPO. Los Angeles-based Oaktree has taken the NYSE plunge to make it easier for fund managers to buy and sell shares in its various investment funds – not raise cash. Oaktree manages more than $80 billion in investments.
