Mayor Winnecke Belts Out “Ring of Fire” at Parks Fest this Weekend [VIDEO]

Mayor Lloyd Winnecke is pretty much the busiest guy I know. He is at almost every charitable event that I attend - and being in media, I attend a lot. I'm so glad that he never takes himself too seriously and is always up for taking the spotlight. This weekend, he sang "Ring of Fire" with Amy Rivers-Word at 2014 Parks Fest in Garvin Park.
