Icemen To Go Dark For A Year
It looks like Icemen's move to Owensboro won't happen until the 2017-18 season.
According to the ECHL official website, The Owensboro Icemen will go dark for a year allowing the team to work on the arena.
The Icemen's request to move and suspend operations for a year was approved by the ECHL Board of Governors today.
The Icemen fully expect to be back up and running in time for the 2017-18 season in Owensboro.
