It looks like Icemen's move to Owensboro  won't happen until the 2017-18 season.

With the team's decision to move to Owensboro for the 2016-17 season, the Evansville Icemen are offering refunds to people who purchased season tickets. The refund will only apply to people who purchased the 2-year plan. If you have purchased season tickets for the 2016-17 season and want a refund, you should call the Icemen office at (812) 421-4625...

Breaking news this afternoon!  The team formerly known as the Evansville IceMen will be moving to Owensboro!

With the 2014-2015 ECHL hockey season quickly approaching, the Icemen continue to work on solidifying their roster with the re-signing of two familiar faces.

The Icemen announced earlier today (Thursday, June 5th) that Dwight Mullins will take over the team after the departure of coach Jeff Pyle at the end of the 2013-2014 season.

The decision comes down after much of the Midwest and east coast were hammered by a nasty winter storm.

The Evansville Icemen will be in action this Saturday night at the Ford Center against the Fort Wayne Komets at 7:15. There will be a very special feature this Saturday night that will be fun for the entire family. The Russian Bar Trio will perform between periods. The Russian Bar Trio performs a very unique brand of acrobatics that combines acrobatics and gymnastics.
