Backstreet Boys Surprise Fans from Down Syndrome of Louisville

The Backstreet Boys took their DNA World Tour to the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville (you might have won some tickets from us), where they met some very special guests backstage.

The group of fans were from Down Syndrome of Louisville, and they scored that exclusive meet and greet after posting a video to YouTube. The clip shows the young men and women lip syncing the Backstreet Boys' biggest hit "I Want It That Way."

BSB saw the video and was obviously impressed. They made arrangements for the group to come backstage where they exchanged lots of smiles, high fives and hugs. Luckily a local news crew was there to capture this once in a lifetime opportunity. The footage as adorable as you would imagine, and you can see it here.
