2018 Warrick County Summer Feeding Program
Once again, the Warrick County School Corporation will be providing breakfast and lunch during the summer months when school is not in session. This is a great thing that the WCSC does for the kids.The Summer Food Service Program which is by the USDA, and it provides FREE breakfast and lunch to ANYONE who is age 18 and younger at areas in the district in which the student population is at least 50% free or reduced.
This year, there will be two summer feeding sites that the kids can take advantage of:
June 4th -June 29th (M-F) 8:00 am-9:00 am Breakfast Chandler Elementary
July 16th-July 27th (M-F) 8:00 am-9:00 am Breakfast Chandler Elementary
June 4th -July 27th (M-F) 11:00 am-12:30 pm Lunch Chandler Elementary
July 16th-July 27th (M-F) 11:30 am-12:30 pm Lunch Loge Elementary
July 16th– July 27th (M-F) 11:30 am- 12:30 pm Lunch Tennyson Elementary
Parents/guardians are also invited out to the feeding sites as well. As previously mentioned, children 18 and under eat for free and adults may purchase breakfast or lunch for $2.00 – cash only.
