On Tuesday, February 23rd, the VHS will provide $10 spay/neuter surgeries for dogs & cats to residents that live in the 47711 zip code.  Surgery times will be filled on a first-come first-served basis and $10 is required up front to reserve an appointment. Proof of residency will be required. Rabbits are not eligible.
