Three Warrick Co. Men Charged With Child Molestation

The Warrick County Sheriff's Office has arrested three men on child molestation charges.

Michael Marshall (age 18) has been charged with two counts of child molesting after having sex with a young girl under the age of 14. Marshall has been released on a $1,000 cash bond.

After a several month long investigation, Deputies arrested Craig Sampson from Spencer County. Sampson has been accused on fondling a child under the age of 14. Sampson has been released on a $1,000 cash bond.

Clarence Davis (age 72) actually turned himself in to authorities Thursday morning. Investigators were looking have charged Davis with one count of child molesting after he fondled a child under the age of 14. Davis has paid a $500 cash bond and has been released.

All three men are due back in court on February 10th.
