SMILE on Down Syndrome

The group is currently located in Downtown Evansville, but they will need to relocate soon.

The 7th Annual SMILE on Down Syndrome Trucks & Heroes event is taking place on Saturday, October 19th from 9am - 12 Noon

October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month, and SMILE on Down Syndrome is ready to kick things off with their 18th annual SMILE Mile advocacy walk event!

Formerly known as the Buddy Walk, the SMILE Mile is quickly approaching October 1st in celebration of National Down Syndrome Awareness Month and in promotion of the acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.

On Saturday, July 18, 2015, SMILE on Down Syndrome will be hosting their third annual Trucks & Heroes event from 9am-12pm at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.  The event will be an opportunity to come check out some of the Tri-State area’s biggest and most fun trucks and working vehicles and meet some of our area’s finest police, fire, medical, and military heroes.

The 2014 SMILE ON DOWN SYNDROME BUDDY WALK will include a 1-mile walk through the grounds of the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center.  Following the WALK, there will be food, entertainment, fun activities for the children, an opportunity for team photos, and information tables for the adults...

The 11th annual SMILE on Down Syndrome Buddy Walk is happening this Saturday, October 6th at Vanderburgh 4H Fairgrounds. You can be a part of National Down Syndrome Awareness Month and help raise money for a great cause, a meet a bunch of great people!
