Mayor Lloyd Winnecke announces plans for Energize Evansville’s monthly “Fitness in the Park” program this Saturday, November 16, at Swonder Ice Arena Fitness Center, 209 N. Boeke Rd., from 9 to 11 a.m.

This month's Energize Evansville’s “Fitness in the Park” event will be held on Saturday, October 19, from 9-11 a.m. along the Pigeon Creek Greenway. Participants should meet at Kids Kingdom park located near Riverside Drive and Water Works Road.

Okay, let's not get too technical. The folks from Energize Evansville realize that Lloyd Pool is not a park. But this summer, the Fitness In The Park events have been held at area pools - and this is the last water aerobics event.

The Energize Evansville “Fitness in the Park” monthly exercise program will be at Lorraine Pool this Saturday for the second “Summer of Swimming” water aerobics session. The pool exercises will be led by instructors with Tri-State Athletic Club from 9am-11am.

Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke announces “Summer of Swimming” will be the focus of the Energize Evansville monthly “Fitness in the Park” program during June, July and August.

Mayor Lloyd Winnecke’s monthly “Fitness in the Park” program will join Pushups for Charity this Saturday, May 18th, from 9am-11am at Evansville State Hospital Park to raise money for services to aid wounded military veterans.

The next Energize Evansville "Fitness in the Park" event is this Saturday, March 19th from 9am-11am at the Swonder Ice Arena Fitness Center.

The next Energize Evansville Fitness in the Park event will be this Saturday, February 16th from 9am-11am at Swonder Ice Arena Fitness Center. Join Mayor Lloyd Winnecke for the launch of “4 Weeks of Fitness Fundamentals” and learn how to start an exercise routine using gym equipment.
