Shepherds Hand Clothing Ministry (Shaped by Faith)

Gwen Bennett, founder of Shepherds Hand Clothing Ministry talks about clothing and so much more on Shaped by Faith this week.

Since starting this ministry in 2014, Gwen shared how much it has grown and expanded its reach. Shepherds Hand, is being operated out of Good Shepherd Church in a huge space given to them for free.

This ministry also is on the move, with semi trailers full of clothing being shipped out to help the less fortunate in other countries.

Shepherds Hand has a work exchange program and the people participating help out in this ministry and attend life skill classes to prepare them for the work place environment.

This ministry helps all the local homeless shelters, homeless Veterans , Nursing Homes, Schools and so many other organizations in need of good quality clothing.

Thirteen Churches has partnered with Shepherds Hand Ministry and they have logged over 1,015 volunteer hours since September of this year.

Starting in January 2020, Shepherds Hand will open a food pantry for grandparents raising their grandchildren.
