Mark Your Calendar for Halloween on Franklin Street

Get ready for the monster takeover that's hitting Franklin Street just in time for Halloween. 

The Franklin Street Event Association, AKA the Fun Committee of Evansville, has announced a spooky monster takeover of Franklin Street that's sure to be fun for the whole family.

On Saturday, October 26, 2019, the "Monster Takeover" will sweep down Franklin Street with fun for everyone. To kick things off, there will be Monster Dash Bash with a 3 or 5 mile run at 8AM. But, there's a catch. Make sure you come fully dressed in your costume for some extra fun.

After you've sweat out all the poison, head to the library lawn for the Little Monster Bash for family activities and live music from 12-4.

Trick-or-Treat on Franklin is simultaneously happening from 2-4 along Wabash Ave. There will also be vegan/allergen-friendly options.

And then, once the kids are tucked into bed, it's time for the Monster Ball Pub Crawl from 6-11, and hayrides from 6p-2a. Logan's Promise will be offering free cab rides home.
