What Does an International Ice Cream Taster Do?

The job involves more than sitting on the couch with a spoon and several containers of ice cream, although I am sure that will be part of the research.

The person hired will taste and evaluate ice cream, keep an eye on food and flavor trends and offer feedback on things like taste, aroma and texture. The taster will also help Snoop Dogg and the Dr. Bombay team search for new ideas that could inspire future flavors, products and social media content.

Basically, they want someone who can eat ice cream, have an opinion about it and tell a good story. Finally, all those hours spent debating whether chocolate or vanilla is better could pay off.
