Five Evansville Companies Named Best Places to Work in Indiana

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has just announced the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana, and it’s the largest class in the program’s 21-year history! The list features 150 Hoosier workplaces from nearly 30 different cities and towns, across more than 20 industries where employees say they feel valued, supported, and set up for success.

How Companies Earned Their Spot

The winners were chosen based on detailed employer reports and confidential employee surveys conducted by the Workforce Research Group. And businesses were placed in five categories: small companies, small-medium companies, medium companies, large companies, and major companies. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana.

Evansville was once again well represented with five businesses making the list, an appearance from a company in Poseyville!

Small Companies (15–34 employees)

Small-Medium Companies (35–74 employees)

Medium Companies (75–249 employees)

What Happens Next For The Winners

The program will culminate with company rankings revealed across five size categories at a May 13 awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center. Honorees will also be featured in a special edition of BizVoice® magazine and highlighted on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick, so don’t be surprised when you see some familiar Evansville names getting statewide attention.
