Sister Sledge Headline the 2nd Annual DISCO at the DAM in Beaver Dam, Kentucky
DISCO is coming back to The DAM! Beaver Dam Amphitheatre just unveiled the lineup for the 2nd Annual DISCO at the DAM and it's going to be headlined by the legendary- or 'Sledgendary'- Sister Sledge!
Sister Sledge gave us "We Are Family"- one of the most enduring anthems from the disco era.
"We Are Family" skyrocketed up the charts in 1979, but it's impossible, over forty years later, to go to a party where this song isn't played. And, on Saturday, June 15th, Sister Sledge will be performing it live on the stage of the Beaver Dam Amphitheatre.
They'll bust out this one too!
Joining Sister Sledge will be "the most celebrated DISCO band of our generation."
Boogie Wonder Band has played over 3000 shows worldwide. They've played in Canada, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Cuba, China, Italy, Ecuador, France, Japan, India and they're about to add Beaver Dam to the list.
Like last year's inaugural DISCO at the DAM, there will be a dance contest and a costume contest with great prizes at intermission! Tickets for the show will go on sale to the general public at 9am CST, Saturday, January 27th. There will also be a password presale from 9am CST to 11:59pm CST, Friday, January 26th. Tickets will be sold as Lower Arena Reserved Tables for Four, Lower General Admission seats, ADA and Lawn General Admission.
