I think it's fair to say that any mountainous region in the United States can be considered Bigfoot country. I mean, if the big fella is real, he's obviously a good hider, and he can't very well do that on the plains of Kansas.

And if he really is walking among us, the Smokey Mountains provide plenty of camouflage. Majestic mountains, lots of trees and brush. It's perfect. I will always reserve a few brain cells for the possibility that he does exist only because no one has ever been able to prove he doesn't. By the way, I've never trusted this iconic clip.

But whatever side of the Bigfoot fence you're on, you can't deny that, fact or fiction, our favorite cryptid makes for great entertainment. They certainly know that in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, where you will find Bigfoot's Country Barn Selfie Park & Gift Shop. Now that's a mouthful. (It feels like there should be commas, but nope.)
I very much want to go because, yes, I want to be bombarded with all kinds of cool Bigfoot souvenirs the minute I walk in the door, and that's what happens when you visit.
