See Inside Madisonville, Kentucky’s Newest Tattoo Shop
It's official. Madisonville, Kentucky is now home to a brand new tattoo shop. Lady Luck Tattoo and Body Piercing III rang in the New Year by opening its doors to the public on January 2nd, 2024. The location marks the third Lady Luck shop here in western Kentucky. The original Lady Luck is located on Scherm Road in Owensboro. Lady Luck Tattoo and Body Piercing II is located on Turner Avenue in Henderson. Now, there's a third location at 101 Nebo Road, Suite G in Madisonville.

While the shop is open to the public already, the big grand opening is scheduled for this Friday (January 5th) and Saturday (January 6th). According to Lady Luck owner Melissa Smith, the grand opening will include piercing and tattoo deals. Of course, the shop features private rooms for tattooing and piercing.
Lady Luck Tattoo and Body Piercing III is open Tuesday through Thursday 10am-6pm and 10am-8pm Fridays and Saturdays. The shop will be closed on Sundays.
