Win Tickets to Gary Owen: No Hard Feelings If You Don’t (But Enter Anyway)

Who is Gary Owen and why should you go see him when he comes to the RiverPark Center in Owensboro?

The answer's pretty simple. He's laugh-out-loud, in-your-face hilarious. And, oh yeah! I also have a chance for you to win a pair of tickets to his show.

All you have to do to get qualified is fill out this quick and easy registration form.

The registration window will be open from 12:01am CT, Monday, October 5th through 11:59pm CT the same day. We'll randomly draw and contact our lucky winners on Tuesday, October 6th.

Owen, who is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio actually got his start in stand up comedy in San Diego, California back in the mid 90s. He was in the Navy and stationed there. Small world. I lived in San Diego at the time and I am racking my brain trying to remember if I ever stumbled across him.

It didn't take long for Owen to take the I-5 to Los Angeles to try his stand up there. Shortly thereafter, he was named the "Funniest Serviceman in America" and continued to build a huge African-American fan base. That eventually led to even bigger career milestones. In 2011, Ebony named him "Black America's Favorite White Comic" and he was added to the lineup of Shaquille O'Neal's All-Star Comedy Jam.

Now, after years of playing sold-out comedy clubs around the U.S., Owen has embarked on his first major North American theatre tour - the NO HARD FEELINGS TOUR! - and he's making a stop at the RiverPark Center in Owensboro at 8pm, Saturday, October 10th. Tickets for the show are available at the RiverPark Center Box Office or online at Ticketmaster.com.

**Please note the show is for ages 12 and up.
