For the first time since 1992, Saturday Night's Main Event will emanate live from Indiana. Here's everything we know!

Saturday Night's Main Event is a historic WWE television series that originally aired on NBC from 1985–1992, replacing Saturday Night Live to bring wrestling into prime time during the 1980s, replacing Saturday Night Live to bring wrestling into prime time. Throughout the years, WWE has had Saturday Night's Main Event specials pop up off and on. However, in 2025, WWE's Saturday Night's Main Event returned as a major event series airing on Peacock. These specials have become quite a big deal, even featuring Bill Goldberg and John Cena's final match.

Well, Saturday Night's Main Event will be making its way back to Indiana for the first time in over 30 years. Despite the relationship WWE has with Indianapolis, the event will not be taking place in the capital city.

Saturday Night's Main Event is Coming to Fort Wayne, Indiana

WWE, in partnership with Visit Fort Wayne, just announced that Saturday Night’s Main Event will emanate live from the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on Saturday, May 23.

This is a pretty big deal for Indiana and the city of Fort Wayne. The upcoming event marks the first time since 2014 that Fort Wayne will host a televised WWE event and the first time that Saturday Night’s Main Event will be held in Indiana since 1992.

Tickets for Saturday Night’s Main Event will go on sale starting Friday, March 20, at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.com. If you can't make it to Fort Wayne for the event, Saturday Night’s Main Event will air live exclusively on Peacock.
