Cozy Winter Retreat: Here’s How to Get a Free Night at an Indiana State Park Inn
You can beat cabin fever and enjoy a cozy wintertime getaway to an Indiana State Park Inn.
Indiana State Parks
Indiana is full of some seriously gorgeous state parks, according to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, there are 24 state parks in the Hoosier state which means there is plenty to see and do throughout the state.
When you think of planning a visit to a state park, you usually think of warmer months, but the winter season is a great time to visit state parks too! In the wintertime, they're usually less crowded, and usually, the cold temperatures in Indiana are mild enough that you can bundle up and still enjoy nature (obviously there are exceptions here, like when we deal with an arctic blast). Plus after exploring, you can always cozy up under a blanket and enjoy a good book!
Indiana State Park Inns Has Two Nights for One Price Winter Special
Every winter, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources with the Indiana State Park Inns hosts a buy one get one special, where you can buy one night, and stay a second night for free. It's a nice way to beat the cabin fever, without breaking the bank.
