Integra Bank Closed by FDIC, Purchased by Old National Bank
Evansville, Indiana bank Integra Bank was closed by the FDIC today in a multi-state closing of three separate banks. According to the WSJ.com, Virginia Business Bank of Richmond, Va. and BankMeridian NA of Columbia, S.C. as well as Integra Bank were all closed today by the FDIC which brings the total of closed banks in 2011 up to 61. Former account of holders of Integra Bank will now be banking with Old National Bank, also of Evansville. According to WEHT, all Integra Bank branches will open at normal time on Saturday as Old National Branches.
