The Evansville IceMen's lone representative in the annual ECHL All-Star Classic made the most of his appearance in Wednesday night's game by snagging Most Valuable Player honors.

Bell scored two goals and picked up three points in helping lead the ECHL All-Stars to an 8-4 victory.

His first score came at the 12-minute mark of the second period when he skated into the high slot and slapped one in on a feed from Tulsa’s Scott Macauley to give the ECHL All-Stars a 3-2 lead.

The all-star forward knocked a rebound out of the air and into the back of the net with one minute left in the second for his second score of the game to make the score 5-2 going into the third period. He added an assist on the final goal scored by Wheeling’s Riley Brace. Bell’s three points and eight shots led all scorers in the game.

Bell rejoins the IceMen in time to travel with the team to Friday night's game at Cincinnati, and Saturday's game at Indianapolis. Coverage of both games can be heard on ESPN Evansville 105.3, and online at ESPNevansville.com beginning at 6:20pm both nights.

The IceMen return home to face the Indy Fuel on Sunday with game time scheduled for 7:15pm. It will be a Subway Sunday at the Ford Center where fans can get a ticket, a t-shirt, a popcorn, and a soda for just $19.
