EPD Searching for Missing Boy — UPDATE: He was found safe
UPDATE: He was found safe
Evansville Police are searching for a missing 10-year-old Isaac Collins.
Collins was last seen around 11:30 p.m. Thursday at First Avenue and Uhlhorn Street. He was not wearing black shorts without shoes or a shirt.
