Check Out This Lazy River In Nearby Kentucky

Are you looking for something nice and relaxing to do this summer? I think we might have found something you would be interested in! There is a place just outside of Louisville that would make for a perfect summer weekend trip. It's called Awesome Lazy River, and it is exactly what is sounds like- an awesome lazy river!

Just two hours away from Evansville, you can spend the day floating along the Salt River in an inner tube, soaking in the sun, and sipping on a nice cold beverage. It's the definition of a relaxing vacation!

The cool thing is, it's very inexpensive to do! As you can see in the post below, float rentals are very reasonably priced, and it lasts all day!

I don't know about you, but this is my kind of weekend! Awesome Lazy River in Shepherdsville, Kentucky opens for the season on opening Memorial Day weekend: May 25th 2019 with the first float at 10AM and last float at 4:30 PM.

After that, they will be open Saturdays and Sundays starting at 10am. If you can't make it there at 10, no problem!
