An American classic is getting a twist.

Hershey has confirmed it will sell Carrot Cake Hershey Kisses for Easter.

Word began to leak that such a treat would hit the market after images of the bite-sized candy appeared on Reddit a few weeks back.

The Carrot Cake Kisses will be sold only at Walmart. A nine-ounce bag is expected to go for $3.24.

Mixing up flavors as part of a seasonal promotion is nothing new in the candy game, but carrot cake is somewhat controversial, since it's a flavor people have strong feelings about: there doesn't seem to be much of a middle ground. You either really like it or really dislike it.
