Hi Friends! I’m the ‘Liberty’ half of The MY Morning Show with Bobby & Liberty. I grew up in Princeton, Indiana, and that’s where my quest for local fame began. If you happened to be at the Gibson County Fair in the early nineties you might’ve seen my epic lip-sync performance of ‘Vogue’, or heard my attempt at singing ‘Anything for You’. Let’s just say that I didn’t move on to the next level with my singing abilities! College was never really in my life plan for several extremely ‘Liberty’ reasons. So, I pursued my local fame career goal by entering contests and training on the job. I entered the ‘Take Alan Tumey’s Job’ contest on 14 WFIE, and I made it to the finals. I am always star-struck when I’m around our local television hosts, so I don’t even know how I held it together. I also tried out to be on ‘Live with Regis’, ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’, and one of the celebrity interview shows on CMT. None of those panned out, but everything happens for a reason. My radio career officially began in 1998. I trained on the job at WRAY, and I found my passion. In 2001, I became a Reserve Deputy with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department, and later I was a 911 Dispatcher. That’s where I met my husband Doug. We’ve been married since 2006 and have an amazingly talented son named Chase. When you listen to the show, you’ll hear me talk about them a lot! I love serving the community and assisting our nonprofit organizations with on-air interviews, promotions, and station appearances. Bobby and I do our best to entertain and inform you every morning, and we love having YOU part of the show with phone calls, social media comments, and messages through our station app. I stay pretty busy because I am also the Brand Manager of MY 105.3 WJLT and our sister station KISS 106. So when I have free time, I take full advantage of it! When we eat out, I’m always looking for the best local Gluten Free menus, because Doug has Celiac Disease. We have turned our basement into a fun area with air hockey, and a couple of retro video game machines. I’m always looking for cool stuff to add to our Marvel room, and I love every new kitchen gadget that I read about. My closet is full of shoes, but you can never have too many! One of these days, I’ll make time to do some landscaping. Actually, I’m allergic to everything, so I’ll probably get a professional for that! I'm obsessed with everything Disney, Guy Fieri, and Matchbox 20.
