I have been in media in the area since 2004 and I love digging out the gems of life for you to enjoy! Every day is truly a new adventure in this job - and we never encounter the same story twice. I enjoy writing about my parenting adventures, how to have a healthy lifestyle, local topics, and most recently - outdoor adventures. My family and I have taken up camping - and when I say "camping," I actually mean "glamping." My mom bought a family camper a couple of years ago that's equipped with a full kitchen, queen size bed, and bathroom because roughin' it just doesn't sound appealing to my very 'extra' clan. We have had the best time exploring all of the best camp spots around the region and letting the kids feel the unbridled joy that only the outdoors can provide. I love taking you all on that journey with me! My daughter and I also share a passion for horses. I grew up in the saddle and nothing makes my heart happier than seeing her develop as an equestrian. As the editor of this page, I'm always up for a good pun, discussion about the proper use of an apostrophe, or a funny joke about the grammar police. Longtime Residents of Warrick Humane Society Desperately Want Homes for the Holidays
Since COVID, pet adoptions across the country have been down and shelters everywhere are busting at the seams. If you would like to adopt a pet, now is the time! At Warrick Humane Society, our last three pets of the week still haven't found homes. Some of these precious pooches have been at the shelter for several months. Indiana Police Identify Boy Found in a Suitcase – Arrest Warrant Issued for Mother
In April of 2022, a mushroom hunter found the body of a five-year-old boy in a suitcase in rural Indiana. He has been identified as Cairo Ammar Jordan from Atlanta, Georgia and they have issued an arrest warrant for his mother Dejaune Ludie Anderson.
